Our Team
Michael Banks
President and Founder
Michael Banks has worked in the Maintenance Service business for more than two decades in various capacities. He started out in the automotive detail industry and got very familiar with both customer service and the needs they have to maintain the surfaces in their vehicles.
He went on to work in the headquarters of an international franchise operation as Director of Training and Research and Development that supported franchisees all over the world in the business of leather and vinyl repair in the Facility Maintenance services arena. Prior to his departure, he was promoted to Vise President of Technical Operations for ProFusion Systems International.
In 1998, he started his own business in Colorado to support local and regional clients in those same services. That business has now become Diversified Repair Service, Inc. Since then, the business has expanded to include repairs on a diverse array of surfaces, wood repair and refinishing , and full re-upholstery services.
Diversified Repair Service is the national leader in restaurant and hospitality interior repair and maintenance.
Michael is a consummate professional that has a genuine concern for his customers. Having built entrepreneurial businesses over the course of the last 20 years, he is a trusted vendor and business operator in the Denver metro area.
Sherry Job
Office Manager
Sherry has skills in all aspects of customer service and has held positions as a flight attendant at American Airlines, Customer Service Representative at G.E. Credit, and Retail Sales Associate at Dick’s Sporting Goods. She brings over 20 years of experience working with the public to her current position as Office Manager with Diversified Repair Service, Inc.
She is responsible for day-to-day office operations as well as fielding customer inquiries to Sales and Production team members. She prepares invoices for work completed by sales technicians and schedules visits to DRS clients. Sherry is also involved in Special Olympics Colorado as a volunteer and as a coach for Cycling and Track and Field. She enjoys DIY activities, travel, and listening to music.
Kathleen Parker
Sales Manager
Hello my name is Katie Parker, I am the sales manager at diversified repair services inc. I have been in sales for 15+ years. I spent 12 years selling for my family-run business and 3 years here at Diversified repair.
I am a Colorado native and when I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family doing outdoor activities. My goal when I joined the team at Diversified Repair was to gain knowledge of the industry so that I could generate sales and to service our clients to the best of my ability.
Our Technicians
James McCray
I am from Miami, FL, born and raised from a family of ten and I’m in the middle (six girls, four boys. I played sports my entire life including football, track, wrestling, boxing. I enjoy weightlifting, coaching sports, and teaching others.
I previously worked on an Oil Rig for 5 years and love what I do. My family, wife, and kids mean everything to me. On my free time you’ll find me camping, fishing, shooting pool, swimming, taking long walks, cooking.

Being a Master Technician at Diversified Repair is a rewarding experience for me. It allows me to utilize the skills I have accumulated over the years in various occupations.

Jack Fay
Jack graduated from the University of Kansas in 2017 with a General Studies degree and currently in an online MBA program.
He has experience working in various industries ranging from tech support to residential real estate sales.
At DRS, Jack assists with team repairs as well as subcontracted work on the Black and Veach/Verizon project.
